Wow!

I'm so fucking tired right now. I've been working non stop for about 6 weeks now...and it's starting to catch up with me. My brain has been firing on all cylinders for a while...and I need some down time. We all do sometimes. Hilarious!

Hilarious.

Sorry I'm a day behind. Yesterday was a super busy day and I couldn't get all my ducks in a row to post my video blog. But here it is:

The swell peaked on Wednesday. With sets between 10-15ft. Insane. You don't realize the power of the ocean until you see some dude just eat it... trying to drop in on a 15ft wave.

Hilarious!

Here is a surf movie I shot with Hank last year in Costa Rica. Enjoy.

Our little casting session yesterday went really well too. It's so exciting to be working with my wife...and all the other people on this project. Everyone is on the same page. Everyone wants to break the mold... to push this new medium to another level. And thats way I'm so excited to be working with these people.

Off to another casting session.

Here is the surf update for today.

The 4:30pm UPDATE.

The 16 Second Surf Movie... that is actually 40 seconds. Hilarious!

Some more good surf news... we're shooting more Dawn Patrols for Fuel TV this Thursday.

They are really starting to take off in the surf community. Especially with the pro surfers. So far we've had: Benji Weatherley...Cheyne Magnuson... and one of my favorites Mr. Kenny 'SkinDog' Collins star. All three really funny and really cool. And great fucking surfers!!!

I've got bunch of meetings and casting all day tomorrow so my blog might be light on content. Hilarious!!! But I'll have a surf update for sure. It really starting to build here in Venice. I love it.

THE BIG SWELL - The Week of December 3, 2007

Go big or go home.

Um... isn't that why we are here?

Right?

This week the California coast will be slammed with epic waves. Weather forecasters are predicating 30-40ft waves in Northern Cali and 15-20ft waves in So. Cal.

And you know what that means.... ITS TOW IN SURFING TIME!!!! Hilarious!

Fuck that.

It's also a big week for me professionally.

Our company is up and running... and people are really responding to what Hank and I trying to do. So much to do. So many decisions make.

The biggest one... how do we strategically grow this business quickly?

Stressful. Hilarious.

Believe me...it's all good.

But...it's all relative.

I'm not going to celebrate until I have a check in my hand...and I'm on the way to the bank.

The older you get...the more you really understand that.

My name is Matt Kirsch.
